张国文先生，51岁，毕业于西澳大利亚大学经济学本科，进修清华大学的短期商业管理培训课程，获得专业证书。拥有超过25年的房地产从业经验，在处理公共证券、直接和基金投资、私人股本交易等方面具有突出成绩。
张国文先生2015-2017年担任德国上市公司Corestate Capital Group的亚洲地区主管；2004 – 2015年任职凯德置地多个领导职务；2008年创立、分销和管理12亿美元的莱佛士中国基金(Raffles City China Fund)；负责领导和发展上市公司凯德置地集团不动产投资信托和私募基金业务的投资者关系，参与私人房地产基金产品的交易发起、组织和策略制定。
2003年，张国文先生成为Asiamoney评级分析师，获2011年IR杂志东南亚地区最佳投资者关系奖，2012年第二届亚洲卓越成就奖最佳投资者关系专业人士奖。
Mr. Cheong Kwok Mun, aged 51, has been appointed Chief Development Officer of ucommune.
Mr. Cheong will play a crucial role in pursuing ucommune’s overall business development, with particular focus on private equity funds, financial services and advisory related business initiatives. He will also be actively promoting international best practices and strengthening of the Group’s corporate governance.
Mr. Cheong graduated from The University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Economics degree. He obtained a professional certificate from Tsinghua University after attending their Executive Programme.
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Cheong is proficient in the areas of public securities dealing, direct and fund investments, as well as private equity transactions.
From 2015-2017, Mr. Cheong was the Regional Head, Asia at Corestate Capital Group, a German-listed real estate investment and asset management Company.
Between 2004-2015, he held multiple leading positions at SGX-listed CapitaLand Group, one of Asia's largest real estate companies, responsible for
· Origination, distribution and management of the US$1.2 billion Raffles City China Fund,
· Leading and developing the Investor relations function at CapitaLand Group, The Ascott Group, its REITs and private fund business.
· Involved in deal origination, structuring and strategizing private real estate fund products.
Mr. Cheong was a rated analyst by Asiamoney in 2003 and was conferred the Best Investor Relations Professional in 2011 by IR Magazine South East Asia Awards, as well as the Best Investor Relations Professional in the 2nd Asian Excellence Recognition Awards in 2012.
